Pulpo á feira
Ingredients:
- One bag of ‘O Pulpeiro’ cooked octopus
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sweet and spicy paprika
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Cut the octopus into slices approximately half a centimetre thick.
- Next, place it in a circular dish, cover it with another dish and heat in the microwave at maximum power for 90 seconds.
- After 90 seconds, carefully remove the octopus, remove any excess water and season with sweet paprika, a pinch of spicy paprika, salt flakes and extra virgin olive oil.
